GENERAL
WARRANTY INFORMATION:The
following is a list of the warranty guidelines for all The Wireless Warehouse
products.
- 10
business days exchange policy (5 business days for pagers).
- Proof
of purchase is required for all returns.
- Products
must have been purchased directly from The Wireless Warehouse.
- Products
returned for like exchange or company credit only.
- Open
software is not returnable.
- All
special orders are non-cancelable.
- Product
returned to The Wireless Warehouse without a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number will not be accepted.
- The Wireless Warehouse
warranty does not cover upgrades or revisions.

The Wireless Warehouse does not guarantee that password breakers and programmers
will work on new pager revisions.
- Certain
pagers may have conflicts with these devices that are inherent
to the specific pager, not the device.
It
is recommended to carefully examine all products upon receipt. Occasionally,
damage can occur during shipping or a manufacturer's defect can
exist. If such a condition exists, please contact The Wireless Warehouse Customer
Service Department immediately. If you have any questions, please
feel free to contact us. WARRANTY PERIOD:Warranties cover manufacturer's
defects only. User caused damage is not covered by the manufacturer's
warranty.
